UNDERSTANDING AND HEALING DEPRESSION

What is depression

Depression is a state where a person doesn’t feel happy or motivated at all and tend to remain in gloomy state for days after days. The person doesn’t feel any interest in whatever that is going on around and even the usual day to day activities seem boring and dull. So the lack of Enthusiasm and lack of concentration persists for almost every day. Even the regular hobbies like reading, painting and other activities like going out with family, friends, which gave the feeling of happiness, now doesn’t interest. And suicidal tendencies prevail at times.
Life doesn’t seem to have meaning and nothing motivates to live usual life, then definitely it’s a sign of Depression.
Thus you need to look out for these symptoms and need to heal yourself at the earliest.

Why Depression

Depression as we all know is the opposite of term “Express”. So when we instead of expressing our emotions, we try to suppress them, that’s when the body’s balance goes off. State of conflict is created in mind/ body which goes on for days after days that mind accepts the ‘off state’ as natural state and creates the disease ‘Depression’. When the mind body goes into ‘off state’, the mind doesn’t think anything positive and feels completely low all the time.

This generally happens when we try to negate what’s going on in the body and put a false face over the actual one. This creates resistance in mind and the body.
The reasons for not expressing our true self can be many:-

  • Self imposed Fear – We try to remain in highly optimistic state whereas inside we feel completely opposite i.e. pessimistic state 
  • Family imposed Fear – The family pressure can be such that we are not allowed to express emotions in healthy manner and thus forced to suppress it.
  • Society imposed Fear – There can be social pressure which doesn’t allow us to behave in certain manner.

In short, for whatever reasons, we don’t express what we truly feel inside and then try to stop it and dismiss our emotions saying it doesn’t exist.

Emotions are also called as energy in motion, i.e. which is ever flowing. This energy which is flowing inside can be of any state. It can be high or low state like happiness or sadness, love or fear, anger or forgiveness. Thus if one is feeling so called low state and tries to dismiss , ignore it and deny its true self and believe that it ‘doesn’t exist, then mind gets confused and resistance is created.
It’s like, water is flowing in one direction and you try to stop rather try to channelize it, then obviously it’ll create tiff and water will not move and will cause destruction.

Thus stopping of movement becomes unhealthy for mind and the body. And then we say “why me” and how we got depression. Then we seek doctor’s help who gives us drugs that relaxes our mind by releasing happy hormones to combat Depression.

Root cause of feeling depressed

Depression is actually soul’s expression that it’s not fulfilling its purpose. When we are feeling low, we need to introspect the reason for feeling low.

Types of Problems

Firstly we need to ask our self, “Where the lack in my life is, is it in career, health, relationships or wealth or sense of purpose?”

Find out what is the source of problem. Are you:-

  • Finding difficulty in any of the relationships whether it’s family or loved one?
  • Unhappy in the work that you are doing?
  • Parents expecting too much from you?
  • Facing serious financial loss or under debt?
  • Facing some serious health conditions ?
  • Thinking life is meaningless and having suicidal tendencies?

Find out the source of feeling lack. Whatever the problem be, first realize that you are not alone in this situation. Almost every being on this planet in 90% cases feel exactly the way you do. So please be patient with yourself.

Important things to Remember

  • This is just a phase and this too shall pass
  • Trust in the Universal energy or the Source or God that will take care of every situation in the Divine time and Divine order 
  • Believe that your soul is very powerful and you have all things to handle this situation 
  • Remember you as a soul have chosen this life and all people that are present around you, including your parents, relatives, loved ones and even your enemies 
  • Remember that life is like a school, the moment you learn the lesson out of a any given situation, you clear the grade level and situation improves 
  • Remember in this perfect Universe everything works automatically as there are laws that govern that. Once you understand these laws you can use to to create what you want in this lifetime 
  • It is very easy to Understand the Law of Attraction and Law of Abundance and you can create everything out of nothing 
  • Remember that death is just the end to your body and not your soul’. The soul’ craving for growth will not die and you may again choose to be born under same situations and same kind of souls around, in your next lifetime; thus suicide is not an option at all 
  • Remember your beliefs and sanskars of this life and all your past lives, have been the reason to attract the kind of life you are living now. Thus by changing it you can change your life and patterns. 
  • Remember if you express gratitude then your vibration changes. So if you start replacing the feeling of lack with abundance that you already have in your life, then you shift the reality of your life. 
  • Remember this life itself is a gift that can be used to serve self and others 
  • Remember to find your life’ meaning and focus on the bigger picture. If you see purpose of your life then there’s no reason to feel low or depressed. 

Find Inspiration of your life

Inspiration means ‘In spirit’, thus realizing your true self and your power of soul, will prove that there is no lack in this Universe, but only abundance and pure love. It’s our mind that creates these feelings and thoughts. Every situation is soul’s expression to learn and evolve. The moment we learn from our situations, that situation improves. Once the lack of feeling is replaced with ‘blessing in disguise and opportunities in every situation’, the meaning of life changes.
If you are born on this planet then you do have purpose in life. And you need to find the true meaning of self and life.

Healing Depression: The Solution

What we need to remember that while we are seeking help from our doctors, we need to heal the root cause of the problem that created it in the very first place.

Take charge of own health: – One of the most important aspects is to accept this state and take power in our own hands. We need to understand that our mind and emotions have created this in the very first place thus with our soul’s power we can change it back.
Accept the state: – Accept all the emotions that are going through. All these are part of us. Just accept that like happiness, sadness is also part of our feeling that body is experiencing. Never deny any of the emotion and become aware of the fact that there’s nothing wrong with the emotions that are going through.
Express your emotions: – Once we accept our state, then we need to express our emotions. This step is really important as it will help in healing us at initial level. We can choose any of the activity like beating a pillow, dance like crazy, exercise or run. Don’t stop until you feel completely let out, and you become aware that you’ve expressed all your de-pressed emotions. Just do whatever it takes to let your emotions out constructively. Remember not to hurt anyone else in case of any revenge feeling. Once you feel better even in slightest manner, appreciate yourself and continue to do those activities that bring relief.

  • Practice Yoga
  • Exercise 
  • Go for long walk
  • Practice any Dance form
  • Indulge in hobby like Painting, Pottery
  • Go for swimming
  • Listen to happy music
  • Take a break / vacation

Overcome addictions: – In this internet world, we’ve become addicted to multiple gadgets and we get so engrossed in it that we forget to connect and spend some time with our family and friends in real time. We need to get rid of them and spend quality time with ourselves. Doing introspection can actually give insight to root problem.
Talk to loved ones: – Talk to closed family member or your friend whom you trust completely. You will feel much better.
Express Gratitude: – Instead of focusing on lack, focus on the things that you already have like your healthy body, healthy mind, family and friends support and many other things that you may have not noticed. You can also make a gratitude list everyday and see how fortunate you are.
Serve others: – Just a simple act of serving others will definitely increase your vibrations and help you in feeling purposeful. If you see someone in need then just help them in whatever way you can, and you’ll feel great!!
Meditate: – To completely heal we need to sit for just 5-10 mins and be with ourselves. Meditate on this feeling, allowing us to be true to ourselves. Accept the person we are, and without passing any self judgement and send love to ourselves.
Affirmations: – While meditating some of the affirmations below that can help in miraculous way.

Live a meaningful life: – if the work that you are doing or any hobby that you are pursuing make you feel great then definitely your life has meaning and you’ll never get into feeling low phase for long. But if you are living a life of a lie then it’s a dangerous sign of getting depression. For once, just be true to yourself and you’ll know the reasons. So be Brave and have courage to face yourself first and you can face the world.

OPEN YOUR HEART CHAKRA

Heart chakra

Chakra (energy vortex), is a sanskrit word that means ‘a spinning disc’ or ‘a wheel.’ There are seven major of these energy connections in the subtle body through which the life force (prana) or vital energy moves. Chakras attract healthy energy for us to absorb, and throws off negative energy that we no longer need. The healthier the chakra is, the more energy we attract.

Heart Chakra (Anahata, in Sanskrit) is the 4th chakra, located in the centre of the chest. Since this lies in the center, it helps in balancing the whole body by linking all the other chakras. It is associated with feelings of Unconditional love, forgiveness and compassion. If we have a healthy balanced heart chakra then we are able to give and receive love easily.

Symbolic Meaning

The symbolic meaning of ‘Heart chakra’ is to “Let Go and Let God’; which means accepting that “everything and everyone is part of divine plan”, and thus seeing it with love and compassion. All the issues related to Unconditional Love, Self Love, Forgiveness, Relationships, Devotion, Depression, Loneliness are related to the issues of Heart Chakra.

Balanced heart chakra is characterized by feelings of Compassion, Love, Balanced, Self love, Peace, having good Immune system

Unbalanced Heart Chakra is characterized by feelings of being demanding, jealous, having poor boundaries, overly sacrificing, possessive (Excess); and being antisocial, cold, shy, judgmental, lonely, fear of intimacy or relationships, lack of empathy, bitterness (Deficient).

PREGNANCY CARE

Pregnancy is very crucial time as we are aware that we are not alone and are equally responsible for little one inside. That is the time when we need to make conscious changes in our habit.  My journey too changed during that period. Initially I thought it would be difficult to change my habits, but with time, I found it interesting to live my life healthy way. I feel lucky to experience this beautiful journey of being a mother. In fact this journey was an eye opener to how my life had been. Before, I never thought of what I ate, how I lived, but with my baby inside, I became conscious of what I thought, what I ate, how I breathe, what I saw and read etc.

So it was complete change for me. This proved to be healthy not only for my baby, but for me. I switched to more entertaining, inspirational, light comedy programs. This way I became comparatively happy and experienced very less mood swings during that period. Being emphatic in nature, I avoided negative talks, persons and news at all cost. I read inspiration and informative books that gave all the knowledge of living healthy life and motivation to follow good habits throughout the period. Meditation became part of my life as I changed my limiting belief systems and became more positive. I chanted mantras to increase my vibrations.

Thanks to that journey, I am more aware of the food that I eat now. I am aware of how I breathe at all times. In between I learnt yoga to get me back into my original shape.

Below are the tips during Pregnancy that I followed and can be helpful for others also:-

  • Drinking lots of water approx. 3-4 litres and mostly lukewarm water
  • Deep Breathing throughout the day – During Pregnancy breathing tends to become short and shallow as stomach begins to expand thus it becomes important to be aware of your breathing.
  • Meditating every day to keep mind calm and release stress during the whole period.
  • Including salads in meal and drinking homemade vegetable soup and including more proteins (reduces swelling in the body)
  • Eating 2 -3 fruits every day
  • Avoided refined wheat (Maida) and refined sugar completely
  • Reduced rice and potatoes
  • Including Light Exercises to increase flexibility of the body and reduce the aches in muscles and spine.
  • Reading good inspirational books to keep you motivated and informed. Some of the books I read Dr. Deepak Chopra’s Enchanted Living, Perfect Health; Dr. Wayne Dyer’s Power of Intention; What to expect when you are expecting etc…
  • Listening to good relaxing music – This really helps in meditating and relaxing the muscles. Ex: ‘Om’ mantra; Theta music to calm; baby care music on you tube
  • Switching to natural oils, handmade soaps, natural shampoos, and avoiding products having harmful chemicals like Body lotions, moisturizers , bathing bars, nail paints, lipsticks, shampoos
  • Watching Motivational, Comedy  and Pregnancy related Informative videos

CONNECTION WITH MOM

It’s has been more than a year that my mom changed her form and merged with the Divine. It was very difficult to imagine our lives without her.  But when we think selflessly she actually freed herself from physical discomfort that she was facing from long term illness. She had been a great source of inspiration to each and every family member. She showed so much of courage and power to deal with the ups and downs in lives.

I still remember that midnight (25th Mar, 2013) when she left, her body was there but the essence had gone, then suddenly around 4 AM that morning there was knock at the window and a green colored bird came outside my mom’s room. It was so beautiful that we had never seen that bird earlier. The bird sat there for many hours, my sister kept some water near her, but that bird just sat there. When we came back from cremation that bird was still there as if silently observing everyone!!

After that, around noon that bird wasn’t there as if her purpose was done. Then my sister found 2-3 green color feathers outside in our garden area. She just showed that to us and said it simply reminded that of our mother and safely kept it.

Then after 4 days when Kirya was done (special Prayer for deceased), when all the carpets were removed from our driveway, a strange scene was observed by my father. Early morning that day, our father woke us up and asked us to follow him to driveway.

In the whole driveway, there were many white feathers as if kept parallelly along the way. We couldn’t find any explanation of feathers being kept at almost equal distance throughout. We also found white feathers in our garden area outside my mother’s room. We all felt as if it was message from our mom that although she had gone physically but she is always there with us in another form that has no boundaries and no limits. We still have those feathers with us, reminding us of her presence. It wasn’t that this just happened then.

I still remember that day when my sister was driving and I had an appointment with doctor. She simply didn’t park outside her clinic area where we normally do, but parked 2 blocks before that. As soon as I got down from the car, there was a white feather on the ground, indicating that my mom is there with me and I need not worry. Whenever we all miss her, we request her to show us that she’s there with us, we see appearance of feathers even at the strangest place where no one can imagine.

We also found feathers in the Mall’ s elevator, in temple, in bathroom, in balcony, even in strange car parking lots.

I just feel that souls connect with us, it’s just that we need to be ready to accept and seek guidance. A soul can connect with us in any manner and make us realize that we are not alone and our guardian angels are there with us protecting, guiding us always!!

HARMFUL CHEMICALS TO AVOID IN DAILY USE PRODUCTS

Are you aware of the chemicals in the products that you are using in day to day life? If not, then it’s high time that we become aware of the ingredients used in these products.

Please note that the below is not the complete list, but it’ll make us aware of the ingredients that are being used in our daily use products ranging from face wash to creams, lotions, toothpaste, shampoos etc.

1. Cocoamide DEA (diethanolamine), MEA (Monoethanolamine) & TEA  (triethanolamine)– Hormone-disrupting chemicals that can form cancer-causing nitrates and nitrosamines, and is related to liver and kidney cancer and inhibits fetal brain development.

2. Propylene Glycol (PG) and Butylene Glycol: easily penetrates the skin and can weaken protein and cellular structure. It is considered so toxic that it can cause brain, liver, and kidney abnormalities.

3. Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) & Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES): Used in detergents and surfactants and in personal-care products. It can lead to eye damage, depression, breathing troubles, diarrhea, severe skin irritation. SLS may also damage the skins immune system. When combined with other chemicals, SLS can be transformed into carcinogens that causes cancer.

4. Mineral Oil: petroleum by-product that coats the skin like plastic, clogging the pores. Interferes with skin’s ability to eliminate toxins, promoting acne and other disorders. Slows down skin function and cell development, resulting in premature aging.

5.Triclosan & Triclocarban: Antimicrobial pesticides in liquid soap (triclosan) or soap bars (triclocarban), very toxic to the aquatic environment. Triclosan disrupts thyroid function and reproductive hormones.  It is classified as a chlorophenol,  suspected of causing cancer in humans.

6. Benzalkonium chloride: Biocide, preservative and surfactant associated with severe skin, eye, and respiratory irritation and allergies, asthma or skin conditions like eczema. It is found in many household disinfectants and cleaning supplies.

7. BHA:  again anticipated to be a human carcinogen. It can cause skin de-pigmentation. In cases BHA produces liver damage and causes stomach cancers such as papillomas and carcinomas and interferes with normal reproductive system development and thyroid hormone levels.

8. Coal tar hair dyes and other coal tar ingredients (including Aminophenol, Diaminobenzene, Phenylenediamine): Coal tar, a byproduct of coal processing, is a known human carcinogen.

9. Formaldehyde / DMDM hydantoin & bronopol (2-Bromo-2-nitropropane-1,3-diol): Cosmetics preservatives that decompose and release formaldehyde , which is known as human carcinogen. This can trigger allergic reactions. Formaldehyde is also an asthmagen, neurotoxicant and developmental toxicant.

10. Fragrance or Parfum: Fragrances are in everything from shampoo to deodorant to lotion. Fragrances can contain hormone disruptors and are among the top 5 allergens in the world.

11. Hydroquinone: A skin bleaching chemical that can cause a skin disease called ochronosis . It can cause tumor development.

12. Methylisothiazolinone and methylchloroisothiazolinone: Preservatives, commonly used together in personal care products, among the most common irritants, sensitizers and causes of allergy Lab studies on brain cells suggest that methylisothiazolinone may be neurotoxic.

13. Oxybenzone has been linked to irritation, sensitization and allergies. Studies indicate that oxybenzone and its metabolites may disrupt the hormone system.

14. Parabens (Propyl, Isopropyl, Butyl, and Isobutylparabens): Parabens are estrogen-mimicking preservatives, found in breast cancer tumors. According to the study, longer chain parabens like propyl and butyl paraben and their branched counterparts, isopropyl and isobutylparabens, may disrupt the endocrine system and cause reproductive and developmental disorders.

15. PEG/Ceteareth/Polyethylene compounds: These synthetic chemicals are frequently contaminated with 1,4-dioxane, which is considered a human carcinogen and which readily penetrates the skin.

16. Petroleum distillates:They may cause contact dermatitis and are often contaminated with cancer-causing impurities. They are produced in oil refineries at the same time as automobile fuel, heating oil etc

17. Phthalates: This chemical is linked to male reproductive system disorders. Pregnant women should avoid nail polish containing dibutyl phathalate. Everyone should avoid products with “fragrance” indicating a chemical mixture that may contain phthalates.

18. Resorcinol: Common ingredient in hair color and bleaching products; skin irritant, toxic to the immune system and frequent cause of hair dye allergy. It can disrupt normal thyroid function.

19. Toluene: Volatile petrochemical solvent and paint thinner and potent neurotoxicant that acts as an irritant, impairs breathing and causes nausea. A pregnant woman’s exposure to toluene vapors during pregnancy may impair fetal development. Toluene has been associated with toxicity to the immune system. Some evidence suggests a link to malignant lymphoma.

HOW TO HEAL YOURSELF

There are times when you feel that nothing is working for you. Everything seems to be working against yourself including your own body. In that situation, you need to understand that somewhere in the subconscious mind, some negative pattern is going which is attracting negative situations and creating dis-ease.

Thus you need to introspect and check what beliefs you are carrying that are affecting your life. And to heal yourself at physical level, it is very important to heal yourself at mental, emotional and spiritual level also. That’s the reason it is called holistic healing.

To heal yourself spiritually you need to check the following:-

·         Are you living your life realising the power of soul or living in self pity

·         Are you doing something that feeds your soul or feel depleted most of the time

·         Are you always connected to divine or feel lonely by yourself

·         Do you take charge of your life or blame others
To heal yourself mentally you need to check the following:-

·         Are you thinking positive thoughts or negative

·         Are you doing something creative that motivates your brain or feel mentally drained

·         Are you feeding your mind with something new every day or following routine

·         Do you meditate and keep in touch with your higher self
To heal yourself emotionally you need to check the following:-

·         Are you feeling good about yourself or lack self esteem

·         Are you learning lessons from your mistake and moving on or rather feel stuck

·         Are you able to forgive yourself and others or keeping grudge inside

·         Do you feel content in life or feel anger or frustrated

POWER TO HEAL

When we are faced with adverse situations, we start thinking what we did in our lives to attract such kind of situations or people. But what we ignore, is that, Karma is just one aspect of life and what lies underneath are the thoughts that we are thinking all day long, everyday. And needless to say these thoughts come from those beliefs that we are carrying which in turn is responsible for our Karma.

To improve our lives and create a new one for ourselves, we need to figure what lies in our subconscious mind that’s responsible for what we have attracted in our lives. It is rightly said that there are no accidents in life. Universe never makes a mistake in its system. So at the soul level, we are living exactly what we had chosen our life to be. What we need to focus is what beliefs we are carrying from lifetimes that are attracting the current situation that we are in. That does require lot of contemplating. In some cases our conscious mind will try to justify or argue. In that case, we need to look beyond the logical thinking and trust our instincts. We can also find out by asking ourselves how the current situation is serving us. The answer to this might show us what is stored as a belief in our subconscious mind.

In some cases the current situation will allow us to blame others or ourselves and indulge in self pity. In some scenario it’ll show the other side of our personality that we might be ignoring. It could also be mirror to the kind of emotions that we have been storing in our body; it could be guilt or regret, hurt, resentment, or rejection.

But unless and until we are ready to change our attitude towards life, our beliefs and the way we perceive the world, it’ll not help in creating or manifesting what we want in life. Remember even a small change in single thought can heal our bodies, our mind, our soul and thus help in creating life we desire.

Once we have figured the reasons, and accepted the fact that this situation is just a learning experience, we need to send love to ourselves and completely accept ourselves the way we are. With that pure thought and intention, we’ll be able to let go of negative emotions one by one. Then it’ll help in instilling positive beliefs in ourselves and releasing old negative beliefs, which can be done through prayers, visualizations, or through healing techniques.

Ø  Ask God to heal the situation that you want to heal

Ø  Imagine that situation is now being resolved in the best and the highest form

Ø  Express Gratitude for healing that has taken place

Ø  Trust that from now onwards your life is healed

HAVE EXPECTATION BUT ONLY FROM YOURSELF

I know we have expectations from everyone around us, people whom we love, our parents, children, our companies, friends and even colleagues. And every time our expectations are not met we say that the other person is wrong in doing so, or we say that people are unfair or life is unfair to us. Then we start the blaming game and get into self pity mode. It’s very easy to blame others and go into powerlessness state. But the actual courage is when we take our own responsibility of keeping our thoughts and emotions in check. And that happens only when we accept the situation the way it is. This will then take us into empowered state.

Empowerment is that state in which you feel the freedom, the contentment and joy of choosing positive thoughts and respond to any situation in positive manner. Then your ability to react to any situation will be decreased and you will start responding with understanding and not just out of auto mode state. You will understand that the only control you have, is on yourself. You need not control anyone else but just your own thoughts. And you can choose your state of mind by feeling and believing in positive thoughts. You will understand that the external factors can hurt you only when you give away your power and you allow the external factors to affect you. Unless and until you choose not to, you will remain in that state.

Keeping expectation from others is easy but setting expectations for yourself and keeping it will be a task. You will realize that you will not be able to change your negative thought pattern very easily. But the success lies in perseverance. So with continuous effort you will be able to achieve the desired result.

Converting your state of helplessness to the state of empowerment can be achieved through the following steps

1.    Remove the expectation as to how others should behave or how the situation should be like

2.    Accept the situation as it is

3.    Get out of blame situation by focusing on solution rather than the problem

4.    Remove your negative beliefs about the situation and have positive beliefs instead

5.    Start appreciating what you already have instead of focusing on lack of it

6.    Have Hope!! Something better is planned for you.

7.    Know that Law of attraction works for the whole universe and have this faith that it will work for you also

8.    Remove all your doubts and fears before stating your intentions

9.    Feel the freedom, joy and compassion inside your heart

10.  Give your positive intentions to the universe; state what you want

11.  Finally let Universe handle your request as to how it will be fulfilled

TURNING DREAMS INTO REALITY

All of us have our dreams and many of us live our lives in those dreams only. Yet there are people who convert their dreams into reality. They create new reality the way they want their life to be turned into. People wonder whether it’s sheer luck or rather coincidence, which made this happen. But the fact remains that any person can do that provided they believe that it can be done. Without this belief they will not attraction the support of the Universe.
Here are few suggestions through which you can create what you would like to create in your life:
Having Faith on your dreams: The first thing that is required is to have faith on your dreams which can happen only if you have faith on yourself and on the Universe which will provide you anything you wish for. Our Universe works on the Law of Attraction. So whatever vibes or frequency you will send out, you will attract everything accordingly.
Power of your own Thoughts & Beliefs: Focusing on your internal dialogues will help you in observing the kind of thought that are going inside the mind. Unless and until your thoughts are positive, you will not attract what you want in life. Those positive thoughts will create the intent in the Universe of what you want in life. It will be like a seed planted in the soil of Universe.
Matching your intention with the Universe: While focusing on your dreams, focus on your intentions and make sure that your intention matches the intention of the Universe. It is very important!! Universe has everything for everyone’s need but not for everyone’s greed. When you dreams become means to serve yourself and others in positive manner, fulfilling other being’s dreams too, the whole Universe will start the process of turning it into reality. So your selfless intention with a goal to give back to Universe can create miracles.
Nurture you dreams and take Actions: Once the seed is planted then you need to nurture it with love, dedication, perseverance and pure intention. Karma has to be created in the right direction towards achieving your goal. At times you may feel that it’s not working but persistence will get you what you need. So keep working on your karmas with full faith.
Contribute back to Society, Nature, and Universe: Contribute to society in whatever way you can and you will see that more you give out, the more Universe blesses you with abundance, joy and prosperity.

LOVE HEALS

I was always looking for healing techniques that creates miracles in one’s body & life. Although it took a while, but then I understood that you don’t have to work hard to improve the healing but you have to have Love inside for all the beings in this universe to create miracles. It is the unconditional love that creates healing.
Love is the Greatest Healer of all. I had just read the book “Love, Medicine & miracles” by Bernie Siegel and its an amazing book on how a person’s faith and beliefs affect their healing process. In this author has summarized that it is love that heals. When you ask someone to improve their health and their immunity system, they find it difficult to work on themselves and don’t know how to do it. But when you teach them to love themselves fully & completely then that feeling of love created inside automatically increases their immunity system.
Thus healing doesn’t require any effort. It is just being in the present and letting the love flow within. This faith in oneself and in GOD or the creator or the source of energy that created this whole universe is enough to heal any disease, any past trauma or heal any situation.
It allows to accept us the way we are and allows to move on and it also allows to accept others as they are and allows to forgive them and release them from the mind, body & soul. Just this acceptance, release any negative thoughts or emotions from the consciousness and creates unconditional love inside and heals the body. And You are the perfect being that God has created, so start loving yourself and spread that Love to all those who come in touch with you and create a new life.
